She is responsible for translating innovative ideas and concepts into new products working with startups, SME’s & multinational organisations in retail & food service channels globally. With a background in food science, technology and marketing Lindsey helps clients identify opportunities, providing advice on technical, commercial and manufacturing capability. Her expertise has helped clients translate science into ideas, concepts, and prototypes. Lindsey works with clients to develop an innovation strategy and consumer winning concepts internationally.
