Mike Budd

I’ve worked in the meat industry and at ABP for nearly 20 years in a number of roles but mainly in shopper and trade marketing functions. This has involved writing seasonal, promotional and year-round product development briefs as well as working closely with our product development team to develop products and sell these to multiple retailers, foodservice and manufacturing customers. I work across our primary meat, frozen products, added value and meat-free product portfolio and love seeing products come from concept to retailer shelves.

I love food (unfortunately for me waistline) and am always excited to try new products and flavour profiles and would be delighted to lend a hand in judging for these prestigious awards if selected.
